THE NEW ERA OF SMART EXPERIENCE

Enabling seamless vehicle-phone connectivity, offering functions like OTA upgrades, MotoPlay, security and anti-theft features, track recording, and real-time viewing of vehicle information through the CFMOTO RIDE app. This elevates your ride experience by providing convenience at your fingertips.

 

DIGITAL KEY

The app replaces the traditional key to complete all motorcycle operations. The vehicle can be locked and unlocked through the app, or it can be automatically unlocked when the phone is near it without having to run the app.

MOTOPLAY

Available on select models only, Motoplay connects your smartphone via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to display navigation, music, and calls directly on the screen. Control key functions easily using handlebar buttons or on-screen commands for a smooth, intuitive ride.

MY RIDE & TRACKS

Explore off-road trails with confidence and track every detail of your ride. The app records high-quality routes, points of interest, and ride data, including time, mileage, and speed, so you can generate a complete historical ride report at the end of each trip.

REMOTE ANTI-THEFT

If the vehicle is stolen and the anti-theft feature is activated, you can lock it remotely via the 4G network. It will not be able to start until the anti-theft feature is turned off.

REMOTE UPDATES

Remotely optimize and upgrade EFI, instrumentation, vehicle controller, TBOX and other components to improve the vehicle's overall performance.

SELF-INSPECT

Keep abreast of current vehicle conditions by discovering and troubleshooting vehicle problems. Check whether there are abnormal faults in various vehicle components, such as instruments, body control systems, smart terminals, ECU, ABS, etc.

REMAINING FUEL

Visually inform the remaining fuel level of the vehicle.

  1. When does my free year of Intelligent Service begin?

    Your 12-month free period is calculated from the date of the vehicle's first T-Box activation. After the free period, a paid subscription will be required to continue using the CFMOTO RIDE Intelligent Service.

  2. What features are available in the CFMOTO RIDE app?

    The free version includes Bluetooth connectivity, vehicle details, dealer and showroom information, brand news, settings, and help & feedback.

    Upgrading to the Standard Edition Subscription adds remaining fuel, My Ride & Tracks, a Digital Key (on select models), Digital Share (on select models), OTA updates, and anti-theft features such as alert reminders, geofencing, and real-time location tracking.

    MotoPlay is a separate subscription available on specific models only. It includes MotoPlay mirroring services (where compatible hardware is available), along with Google Navigation and projection features. Specific functionality may vary by model and is detailed within the app. If your vehicle is not equipped with MotoPlay, only the Standard Edition subscription option will be shown.

    A combined subscription option is also available, including both the Standard Edition features and MotoPlay.

  3. How do I know if my model supports MotoPlay feature?

    If your vehicle is equipped with MotoPlay, the MotoPlay subscription option will appear in the app. If you do not see MotoPlay listed, your model does not support this feature.

  4. What subscription options are available for CFMOTO RIDE App?

    Two subscription packages are available: Standard Edition and MotoPlay. You can also subscribe to both at a reduced price. Pricing varies based on the selected package and billing period:

    • Monthly: $3.99 for Standard Edition or MotoPlay, or $6.99 for both.
    • Quarterly: $9.99 for Standard Edition or MotoPlay, or $16.99 for both.
    • Annual: $29.99 for Standard Edition or MotoPlay, or $49.90 for both.
  5. I used to have the CFMOTO RIDE app for free. What happens now that it’s a subscription?

    If intelligent services are not renewed by the due date, all intelligent services will stop immediately, including both Standard Edition and MotoPlay. A subscription will now be necessary to continue using intelligent services.

    To help you adjust, we offer a free trial period depending on when your vehicle is linked to the app:

    • Vehicle linked after 15 August 2025:
      You’ll get a 12-month free trial starting from the pairing date.
    • Vehicle linked before 15 August 2025:
      • If linked for less than 12 months, you’ll receive 6 extra months on top of the standard 12-month trial from first T-Box activation.
      • If linked for more than 12 months, your free trial will run until 14 February 2026.

    The app will always show the exact number of days remaining in your free trial.

  6. What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?

    If intelligent services are not renewed by the due date, all intelligent services will stop immediately, including both Standard Edition and MotoPlay. The following basic functions will remain available: Bluetooth, vehicle information, dealer stores, brand news, settings, and help center.

    After expiration, the following features will behave as follows:

    • MotoPlay: Unavailable.
    • Real-time Location / Find the Vehicle: Location information will be cleared and will no longer update.
    • My Ride: Existing ride data will remain available, but no new data will be recorded or updated.
    • My Vehicle:
      • Remaining fuel, signal, and battery level will display “–” and will not be updated.
      • Total trip (if any) will stop updating.
      • Existing data will not be cleared.
  7. Will I receive a reminder before my intelligent services expire?

    Yes. Renewal reminders are sent through the CFMOTO RIDE app, including in-app messages and push notifications, when 30 days and 7 days remain before the service ends.

  8. Does this pricing apply to both motorcycles and off-road vehicles?

    Yes. The pricing policy applies to both motorcycles and off-road vehicles.

  9. How does the subscription work if I have more than one vehicle?

    Each vehicle linked to your account requires its own individual service subscription.

  10. Can the same vehicle be connected to multiple CFMOTO RIDE accounts?

    No. Each VIN can only be linked to one CFMOTO RIDE account. Once paired, only that account can access the vehicle’s stored settings and data.

  11. Why isn’t my ride history appearing in the app?

    After powering on the vehicle, allow approximately 60 seconds for it to connect. The system also requires a reliable cellular signal to upload ride data.

  12. Does the CFMOTO RIDE app receive updates?

    Yes. The app is continuously updated to deliver new smart features to users. Available functions may vary depending on the vehicle model.

  13. How can I update the app?

    You can update the CFMOTO RIDE app directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
