CFMOTO ATV's

Start by considering who will ride it, how you plan to use it and the type of terrain you expect to encounter. For work and utility, look for the power, towing and carrying capacity to handle jobs around your property. For trail riding and recreation, maneuverability, comfort and a size that suits the terrain are key. Hunting and fishing may call for a balance of mobility, cargo capacity and range, while two-up riding requires a model designed to comfortably carry a passenger.

CFMOTO offers a broad CFORCE ATV range, from the 107cc CFORCE 110 CLASSIC for youth riders to the 409cc CFORCE C4, 499cc CFORCE C5, 647cc CFORCE C6 PRO, and 800cc and 963cc Touring and Overland models. The right ATV isn't necessarily the biggest one, but the one that best matches how you plan to ride and what you need it to do.

Absolutely. With the right equipment, an ATV can be useful year-round in Canada, from clearing snow and getting around your property to hauling supplies and enjoying winter riding where permitted. Depending on the CFORCE model, CFMOTO offers compatible snow plow kits, heated grips and thumb controls, heated seats, and heated passenger hand warmers to make cold-weather use more comfortable. With the right setup, your CFORCE can be adapted to take on useful winter tasks as the seasons change.

One of the advantages of choosing a CFORCE is how much equipment comes included from the start. Standard features vary by model, but can include winches, aluminum wheels, handguards, trailer hitches, skid plates, cargo storage and LED lighting. Across the CFORCE lineup, standard equipment can represent more than $1,600 to over $6,100 in added value, helping you get more capability without having to build your ATV up with essential upgrades.

Yes, but not every ATV is automatically suitable for every beginner. Riding an ATV is different from driving a car: the rider uses the handlebars, balance and active body positioning to respond to turns, slopes and changing terrain. Like any new vehicle, it takes practice to become comfortable and confident.

When choosing a first ATV, consider the rider's size, experience, vehicle weight and power. A lighter, more compact ATV can be easier to maneuver and handle, while a larger or more powerful machine may require more experience to control confidently. Choosing a model that feels manageable for the rider is an important part of safe riding.

Age, training, licensing and where you can legally ride an ATV vary across Canada, so these requirements should also be considered when choosing your first ATV.

Owning an ATV doesn't have to be complicated. Your CFMOTO dealer can help you choose the right model, answer questions about maintenance and keep your ATV serviced throughout its life. Basic maintenance is part of responsible ATV ownership, including checking fluid levels, tires and brakes. Many owners also choose to learn how to perform routine oil changes themselves, and CFMOTO offers oil-change kits to help make this maintenance accessible. For more involved repairs or service, your CFMOTO dealer can provide the expertise you need.

ATV ownership requirements vary across Canada. Depending on where you live and where you plan to ride, you may need to budget for registration, insurance, fuel and transportation, as well as safety equipment and accessories suited to your needs.

New CFMOTO all-terrain vehicles are covered by a two-part limited warranty:

• Complete limited warranty — 12 months, unlimited mileage. Covers all integral components of the vehicle and included accessories against factory defects in material or assembly.
• Powertrain limited warranty — 48 months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, starting the day the complete warranty ends. Covers components in direct contact with motor oil and gear oil against factory defects.

A $100 deductible applies to repairs covered under the powertrain warranty. For extended coverage with no deductible, the EASY Protection Plan can also be added at the time of purchase or within 11 months of purchase.
