Summary of the function
Provide technical support to the dealer network for CFMOTO, LOVOL and Captain products.
Responsibilities
The technical service advisor will mainly work with the CMI network dealers to ensure precise technical communication. This will consist of providing support in person, by telephone, by email, and via intranet. The advisor will play an important role in the development and delivery of technical training and product improvement.
Competency profile
- Excellent comprehension of Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a related field.
- Technical experience in off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and diesel engines is an asset.
- Solid technical knowledge base, diploma, or certification from a recognized technical training school.
- Mandatory bilingualism (written and oral)
