SPORT SXS

A sport side-by-side (SxS) is a high-performance off-road vehicle designed for responsive handling, strong acceleration and confident control during trail riding and recreational off-road driving. Its powerful engine provides the performance needed to climb steep terrain, maintain momentum and tackle challenging trails, while long-travel suspension helps absorb bumps, rocks, ruts and other obstacles to keep the vehicle stable and controlled over rough terrain. High ground clearance, off-road tires and a wide chassis further enhance capability and stability when riding aggressively.

Sport SxS models also combine performance with features designed for the people on board, including bucket seats, seatbelts, a protective roll cage and a passenger grab handle for added security on dynamic rides. Enclosed storage compartments provide a practical place to keep personal items protected from water, mud and dirt while exploring off-road.

Suspension plays an important role in how the vehicle handles rough and challenging terrain. Long-travel suspension gives the wheels more room to move over rocks, ruts, bumps, uneven ground and jumps, helping keep the tires in contact with the ground for better stability, control and a smoother ride.

CFMOTO ZFORCE models use independent suspension with long travel and adjustable shocks to handle demanding trails and off-road terrain. The ZFORCE Z10 and Z10-4 offer up to 17 inches of front and 20 inches of rear suspension travel, while the ZFORCE 950 SPORT and 950 SPORT-4 provide 12.1 inches of front and 13.1 inches of rear travel. The different suspension setups are designed to give each model the control and handling needed for its level of performance and intended riding experience.

The ZFORCE 950 SPORT and ZFORCE Z10 have different designs and performance characteristics. The ZFORCE 950 SPORT has a more compact and narrower profile, with a shorter wheelbase that gives it an agile, sporty feel on the trail.

The ZFORCE Z10 has a larger and wider platform, with more ground clearance and longer suspension travel for tackling more demanding terrain. It also features a turbocharged three-cylinder engine with significantly more horsepower and FOX QSE electronically adjustable shocks.

The ZFORCE 950 SPORT is a good choice for riders looking for a more compact, agile sport SxS, while the Z10 is designed for those who want more power, suspension travel and capability.

A wider chassis provides a more stable platform, especially when riding over uneven terrain or taking corners at higher speeds. Large off-road tires and a wider stance help keep the vehicle planted, giving the driver better stability and control when navigating rough trails, turns and other challenging terrain.

The difference is easy to see across the ZFORCE lineup. The ZFORCE 800 TRAIL and ZFORCE 950 TRAIL use a 54.5-inch-wide chassis and 26-inch tires, making their compact design well suited to narrow trails. The ZFORCE 950 SPORT is 60 inches wide with 27-inch tires, while the ZFORCE Z10 and ZFORCE Z10-4 extend to 65.6 inches wide with 30-inch tires. The wider chassis and larger tires give the Sport models a broader footprint and are better suited to more dynamic riding.

Engine size and design have a direct impact on how a sport SxS delivers power, acceleration and performance on the trail. Larger-displacement engines can produce more power and torque, which helps the vehicle accelerate quickly, climb steep terrain, maintain momentum and respond when riding through challenging conditions.

Sport SxS models typically use larger engines than utility or recreational ATVs because they are built for higher-performance off-road riding. The additional power works together with the vehicle's suspension, larger tires and wider chassis to handle higher speeds, steep climbs, rough terrain and more demanding trails.

Within the CFMOTO ZFORCE lineup, the ZFORCE 950 SPORT and 950 SPORT-4 use a 963cc V-twin engine producing 83 horsepower. The ZFORCE Z10 and Z10-4 use a 998cc turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 154 horsepower. The turbocharger forces more air into the engine, allowing the Z10 models to produce significantly more power from a similar engine size.

New CFMOTO side-by-side vehicles are covered by a two-part limited warranty:
