Acting as the key liaison with our overseas manufacturing partner, you will define the right mix of models, trims, features, and complementary accessories and parts tailored to the Canadian market. You will manage the entire product lifecycle — from initial concept to end-of-sale — and collaborate across teams to ensure successful launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
You will work in tight alignment with the Marketing team to build product stories, customer targets, and content that drives brand appeal and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities

3. Lifecycle & Launch Management
- Own the product lifecycle calendar: new model introduction, mid-cycle updates, phase-outs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness across marketing, service, and retail.
- Guarantee product and accessory availability aligns with commercial campaigns.
4. Pricing & Business Case Development
- Collaborate closely with the Pricing & Sales Operations lead to define MSRP, dealer margins, and accessory pricing.
- Contribute to build financial models that support volume targets, profitability scenarios, and market competitiveness.
- In collaboration with sales, ensure pricing strategies are consistent with market positioning, consumer expectations, and go-to-market planning.
5. Product Communication & Marketing Alignment
- Define each product’s narrative, customer profile, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and visual assets.
- Validate all product content (spec sheets, web, brochures, videos) for accuracy and coherence.
- Ensure technical features are translated into customer-relevant benefits across all touchpoints.
6. Sales Enablement & Dealer Readiness
- Develop sales arguments, objection handling points, and reference materials for the field.
- Deliver product training to internal teams.
- Support showroom experience through accessory bundling and merchandising guidance.
