The Role

We are seeking a Manager, Brand Experiences & Events to lead the strategy and execution of our brand presence across Canada. This role is as much about strategic thinking as it is about flawless delivery, ensuring we make the right choices about why we attend an event, how we show up, and what results we aim to achieve.

From national dealer gatherings to industry trade shows, from immersive demo tours to partner activations, you will ensure that every CFMOTO event creates meaningful impact for our customers and dealers. You will have the freedom to innovate and the operational support to bring your vision to life, delivering experiences that are immersive, on-brand, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own CFMOTO Canada’s national events strategy aligned with business objectives, customer engagement goals, and dealer priorities
  • Lead end-to-end planning for dealer gatherings, trade shows, demo tours, partner activations, and national brand showcases
  • Define success metrics for each event (ROI, brand impact, dealer engagement, lead generation) and ensure measurement plans are in place before execution
  • Shape the lead generation strategy for events, ensuring they effectively contribute to sales objectives
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance the customer and dealer experience, with strong attention to detail and immersive brand storytelling
  • Monitor event and experiential marketing trends to keep CFMOTO’s activations innovative and competitive
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on-brand experiences that are both strategic and operationally flawless
  • Oversee on-site execution with the support of operational specialists, ensuring every detail reflects the brand at its best
  • Represent CFMOTO Canada as a brand ambassador at key events nationwide

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in event strategy, planning, and execution for B2B and/or B2C experiences
  • Proven ability to connect event strategy to measurable business results
  • Strong creative vision, with the ability to design immersive, detail-driven experiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fully bilingual, English and French (spoken and written)
  • Availability to travel several times per year across Canada, including occasional evenings and weekends depending on event schedules
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing technology is considered an asset
